Which garlic varieties do you import?
Three core Spanish varieties: white spring garlic (Ajo Blanco) with a milder flavour, violet spring garlic (Ajo Morado) with pinkish cloves and a spicier profile, and Spanish purple garlic (Ajo Morado Español) with the highest allicin content among Spanish garlic varieties. Calibers 50/55 and 65+ mm available year-round. -
What packaging do you offer?
Bags and nets 100 / 200 / 250 / 500 g and 1 kg, 5 kg sacks, 5–6 kg cartons, or bulk (granel). For larger volumes we prepare your own label and custom packaging to your specification. -
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Standard orders start at one pallet. For private label or custom packaging, two pallets and up. For smaller trial orders we agree terms individually. -
What are the lead times?
Typically 5–10 business days from order confirmation for stock items. For specific packaging or private label, add +5–7 days for packaging production. -
Do you import directly, or through middlemen?
Directly from a 55-hectare farm in Montalbán de Córdoba. The producer is registered with GlobalG.A.P. as Individual producer (GGN 4049929942509). No other importer or wholesaler between the field and your pallet. -
Which certifications does the producer hold?
Three active certifications: GlobalG.A.P. IFA v6, IFS Food v8 with a score of 95.44% at Higher Level (Star Status from an unannounced audit), and GRASP. Multi-residue analyses by an ENAC-accredited laboratory. Certificate copies sent on request.
